AGC PreCast Solutions has successfully completed its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit for 2026, marking the third consecutive year the business has retained the international quality management standard without interruption. The assessment covered our production plant in Tema, on-site dispatch procedures, document control systems, and customer feedback processes.
Audit Findings
Bureau Veritas auditors reviewed batch records, reinforcement schedules, calibration logs, inspection reports, and corrective action registers across all product lines. The audit closed with zero non-conformances, confirming that our procedures for raw material verification, in-process inspections, and finished element approval continue to meet the requirements of the standard.
Particular attention was given to traceability across structural components supplied for major infrastructure and residential projects. Each element is tagged to a production date, mould reference, mix design, and quality sign-off record, allowing AGC PreCast to maintain full visibility from casting bed to client handover.
Continuous Improvement
Over the past year, the company introduced digital inspection checklists, tighter preventive maintenance scheduling for critical plant equipment, and revised training modules for new quality technicians. These improvements reduced internal rework rates and strengthened consistency across the hollow core slab, beam, and drainage production lines.
Management noted that the recertification outcome reflects disciplined execution by the factory, engineering, logistics, and quality teams rather than compliance on paper alone. AGC PreCast will continue investing in measurable process improvement as demand grows for higher-specification precast solutions in Ghana.
